Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

This role focuses on driving financial planning and analysis with business intelligence and data analytics.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Marketing, Finance or related field, and experience from the finance or banking industry. Strong numerical skills, analytical mind, problem-solving aptitude, and leadership capabilities are essential for this position.

Responsibilities
  • Develop reports required by the business using forecasting techniques.
  • Drive standardization of data metrics and KPIs leveraging business process and data knowledge.
  • Update and enhance reports including both written and oral presentations to management.
  • Develop new reports and data to benefit various teams.
  • Communicate and present findings to management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Marketing, Finance or related field.
  • Experience from finance or banking industry.
  • Preferably with 1-2 years of related work experience.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • SQL is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong numerical skills.
  • Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.
  • Strong leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
