  3. Check-in/Pre-registration Procedures: Coordinate check-in and pre-registration procedures for arriving groups, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
  4. Room Changes: Review, track, and accommodate requests for room changes when possible, communicating status to relevant staff members.
  5. Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

  1. Quality Assurance: Comply with quality assurance standards to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  2. Additional Job Duties: Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors, maintaining flexibility and adaptability.
  3. Billing and Adjustments: Review billing and communicate adjustments to FOS as needed.
  4. Skills and Qualifications:

  6. Education: Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management or related field.

  9. Experience: 1-2 years experience in Hospitality field, with ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
