Job Objective

The HR Generalist will manage specialized human resources functions—including compensation, benefits, payroll, recruitment, HR information systems, employee relations, engagement, and compliance—ensuring smooth processes, accurate data, and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and government-mandated contributions, ensuring timely payment and accuracy of records.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives to build a high-performing team.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, overtime, and tardiness; prepare timekeeping and related reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, handling employee relations and documentation with professionalism and discretion.
  • Maintain and optimize HRIS operations, generate HR reports, and coordinate regulatory requirements (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Manage fleet, telecom records, billings, and supplier coordination, promoting operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Supervise HR assistants and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and work quality.
  • Organize safety drills, monitor compliance, and report incidents promptly, prioritizing employee well-being and safety.
  • Handle HR/Admin-related procurement, billings, and disbursements efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of progressive human resource experience, preferably in a generalist or specialist role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law compliance, payroll systems, HRIS, and government reporting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems, with ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Registered Psychometrician or human resource/training/safety certifications are an advantage but not required.
  • Willingness to work onsite in San Rafael, Bulacan (Greenhouse Farm) and occasionally in Makati (Rufino Ayala Avenue) if needed.
