
Human Resources Officer

The HR Supervisor or Officer is responsible to implement and ensure proper implementation within the mall or branch level, all processes and procedures derived from policies and guidelines, plans and programs, as well as enunciated strategic directions that impact on Human Resource administration and operations within the areas of recruitment and staffing, compensation and benefits, personnel and labor relations, organizational development, training, performance management and other related human resource functions in order to provide and achieve appropriate and productive working relationships among management and its employees within the mall, and within the limits provided by corporate guidelines, local ordinances and the Labor Laws or Code.
Responsibilities- Implement and ensure proper execution of HR processes and procedures across recruitment and staffing, compensation and benefits, personnel and labor relations, organizational development, training, and performance management, within corporate guidelines and local laws.
- Candidate must be a Bachelor's Degree graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resource Management.
- Strong background in employee relations and compensation and benefits.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to relate well with all levels of the organization.
