We're Hiring – HR Assistant

Location: Greenhouse Farm, Brgy. Salapungan, San Rafael, Bulacan (can travel to Makati Office occasionally if needed)

Department: Human Resources

Basic Function

Provide hands-on support across all HR functions—from recruitment to payroll assistance, HRIS updates, training logistics, compliance documentation, and office administration.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment: schedule interviews, coordinate with agencies, and facilitate pre-employment requirements.
  • Provide admin support for HR programs, sustainability initiatives, and employee events.
  • Handle payroll and benefits documentation: gather, verify, update records, and assist in computing OT, incentives, and allowances.
  • Encode and monitor daily attendance, send reminders for incomplete logs, and distribute DTRs and reports.
  • Prepare training materials, manage attendance sheets, collect feedback forms, and handle event logistics.
  • Maintain employee files, HRIS records, and compliance documents for DOLE and other government requirements.
  • Support employee relations documentation, safety inspections, and awareness materials.
  • Coordinate fleet and asset management, including vehicle maintenance scheduling, RFID issuance, and tracking agency worker attendance.
  • Process billings, purchase requests, and verify supporting documents.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: At least 1 year experience in HR; fresh graduates with HR internship exposure and strong potential are also welcome to apply.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office; HRIS familiarity is an advantage
  • Creative, solution-oriented, and able to exercise sound judgment in various situations
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and with integrity
