Job Title: Strategic Human Resources Manager

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the implementation and execution of human resource strategies, policies, and procedures across various business functions. This includes developing and maintaining effective relationships with employees, management, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage HR processes and procedures to align with corporate goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including recruitment, talent management, compensation, benefits, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver employee development programs, training initiatives, and organizational change management projects.
  • Conduct analysis and provide insights to inform strategic decisions on workforce planning, succession planning, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in human resource management, with a strong background in employee relations and compensation and benefits.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with the ability to relate well with all levels of the organization.
