Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a holistic retention strategy to boost customer loyalty and revenue growth.
- Analyze customer behavior and usage patterns to inform data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve retention business metrics through targeted initiatives and programs.
- Design and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive user engagement and retention.
- Evaluate and refine retention policies and principles across all company programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management, customer engagement, or customer lifecycle management.
- Tech/app-based experience is a significant plus.
- Management trainee experience is also valuable.
