  • Analyze customer behavior and usage patterns to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve retention business metrics through targeted initiatives and programs.
  • Design and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive user engagement and retention.
  • Evaluate and refine retention policies and principles across all company programs.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management, customer engagement, or customer lifecycle management.
  • Tech/app-based experience is a significant plus.
  • Management trainee experience is also valuable.
