You will also identify customer sentiment/temperature on a weekly basis and communicate training/headcount needs to the Training/Recruitment Team.

The ideal candidate should have experience with Client Management, Client Retention, Upselling/Cross selling, and a background in Customer Service and/or Sales. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success Management is preferred.

As a Business Retention Coordinator, you will be a key point of contact for clients and will be responsible for communicating and problem-solving effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset are essential for this role.
