Shareholder Relations Assistant

The Shareholder Relations team is responsible for providing administrative and communication support related to shareholder relations.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain regular correspondence with shareholders and respond to inquiries, requests, and concerns related to their shareholdings
  • Assist in coordinating the logistical requirements of stockholders' meetings
  • Support the planning and implementation of corporate actions for shareholders
  • Handle accurate record-keeping and maintenance of shareholder records

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in a business-related field
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
