Shareholder Relations Assistant
">The Shareholder Relations team is responsible for providing administrative and communication support related to shareholder relations.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular correspondence with shareholders and respond to inquiries, requests, and concerns related to their shareholdings
- Assist in coordinating the logistical requirements of stockholders' meetings
- Support the planning and implementation of corporate actions for shareholders
- Handle accurate record-keeping and maintenance of shareholder records
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in a business-related field
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
