Job Title: Business Development Specialist

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality business development proposals and tenders. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing proposals for infrastructure projects, preferably with international financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Lead the preparation of proposal documents, including project plans, budgets, and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely submission of proposals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
  • At least five years' experience in business development or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in preparing and submitting proposals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
