Job Title: Partnership Liaison Specialist

This role is ideal for a highly organized individual who can provide exceptional support to our team. As a Partnership Liaison Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating partnerships between schools and organizations.

">Responsibilities
  • Gather and verify data on partner schools, including key contacts.
  • Research and gather relevant data for building reports that are valuable for company partners.
  • Conduct online research on school programs, event schedules, and partnership opportunities.

Key skills include:

  • Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive, Gmail, Calendar)
  • Canva for basic visual design tasks
  • Persistent in data gathering, online research, and verification tasks

Bonus points if you have experience with:

  • Automations and Artificial Intelligence
  • Data analysis and visualization

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any four-year course, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative, research, or marketing support role (internship experience may be considered)

As a Partnership Liaison Specialist, you will work closely with the Academic Linkages and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless coordination of events and tasks. You will also contribute to internal meetings by providing updates on data and task completion.
