CompensationThe successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Talent Sourcing Manager to lead our recruitment efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing our recruitment team, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring we attract and hire top talent.
Main ResponsibilitiesThis role encompasses several critical responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of talented professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure their success. Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular evaluations, and implement quality assurance measures to monitor performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all talent acquisition-related matters. Provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition best practices, market trends, and innovative recruitment strategies.
- Client Escalation Management: Act as the senior point of contact for client escalations, swiftly addressing and resolving any issues or concerns. Demonstrate active listening and empathy when addressing clients' concerns, collaborating with them to find effective solutions.
- Benchmarking and Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and benchmarking exercises to provide clients with valuable insights on industry trends and talent acquisition strategies. Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in meeting their unique talent acquisition needs.
- Recruitment Data Analytics: Utilize recruitment data and analytics to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive recruitment strategies and improve decision-making. Generate regular reports and dashboards on recruitment metrics, providing meaningful insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
To excel in this role, you must possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of leadership experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on end-to-end recruitment, team management, and client management.
- A strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, techniques, and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful recruitment strategies for attracting top talent.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a diverse team.
