About the Role:

The Digital Transformation Process Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing end-to-end processes that support the delivery of high-quality services across the Asia markets. This includes analyzing current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing optimized solutions that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements using industry-leading frameworks such as ITIL 4 Managing Professional
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design and execute process transformation initiatives aligned with organizational goals
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process changes using key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in IT Operations and/or IT Service Management
  • Strong knowledge of digital transformation principles and industry trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
