Digital Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for executing the product vision and strategy on supported value streams, establishing long-term goals and direction of the product, creating roadmaps that outline planned features, releases, and milestones, and ensuring the product strategy and roadmap align with overall business goals and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Product/Process owners and Squad Lead to execute the product vision and strategy on supported value streams.
  • Support in establishing the long-term goals and direction of the product, including its core value proposition and target market.
  • Create a roadmap that outlines the planned features, releases, and milestones for the product.
  • Evaluate and ensure the product strategy and roadmap align with the overall business goals and priorities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (4-yr course) or above from leading colleges or universities, preferably in Information Technology, Industrial/Management Engineering, Business Management, or Accounting.
  • 5 years of experience in business analysis, process reengineering, or systems and control implementation.
  • Proven track record of successful delivery of operational transformation programs and projects.
  • Deep understanding of insurance operations, processes, and systems.
  • Strong analytical, business analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple small to medium-sized priorities without compromising timely delivery.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., project management tools and data analysis tools).
  • Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) and Power BI.
  • Background in Life Insurance/Banking preferred.

  • Product management and development experience.
  • Experience with digital transformation initiatives, including automation, AI, and cloud technologies.
