Job Overview

A senior project manager is sought to lead complex digital transformation initiatives. This role involves spearheading end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, and closing.

  • Lead Project Delivery: Manage large-scale projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and high-quality results.
  • Strategic Advisory: Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive digital strategies and roadmaps.
  • System Implementation Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise in implementing enterprise-level solutions such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, or Microsoft D365.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, managing expectations and fostering collaborative environments.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in project management, with significant focus on large-scale enterprise system implementations or Enterprise Architecture initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams in complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced consulting environment.
Required Certifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent recognized project management certification.
  • At least one relevant certification related to Oracle, SAP, Workday, or Microsoft D365.
