Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation Project Manager to lead our end-to-end digital transformation projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering business-critical initiatives and driving innovation within complex environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead digital transformation projects, overseeing all phases including planning, execution, risk management, quality control, and project closeout.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Client Relationship Management
  • Foster client trust by facilitating regular meetings, project reviews, and status updates.
  • Collaborate with clients to assess current business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and define digital strategies.
  • Provide insights on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and digital trends to support clients' strategic goals.
Cross-Functional Coordination & Collaboration
  • Coordinate across teams to ensure cohesive and effective project execution.
  • Work closely with business process owners, IT, infrastructure teams, and the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure alignment and readiness for deployment.
  • Proactively identify project risks and dependencies, developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Develop and present project dashboards, reports, and other key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely documentation of project outcomes, lessons learned, and best practices for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Management, or related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital transformation, technology consulting, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Agile/Scrum certification, or other relevant credentials.
  • Strong client management and communication skills, with a track record of successfully managing diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to drive innovation and transformation within complex environments, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops, presenting to executive stakeholders, and leading organizational change initiatives.
