As a key leader in our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation of our human resources function. This full-time position based in Metro Manila will be responsible for spearheading innovative HR strategies and processes that leverage technology to optimize workforce management and enhance the employee experience.

Job Description

Develop and implement digital HR solutions and tools to streamline HR operations, improve data-driven decision making, and enhance employee engagement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for digital transformation and automation, ensuring HR processes are aligned with our overall digital strategy.
  • Lead change management initiatives necessary to drive adoption of new HR technologies and foster a culture of digital literacy among employees.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to generate actionable insights that inform workforce planning, talent management, and strategic HR decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in human resources, with a strong background in digital transformation and HR technology implementation.
  • Proven track record of leading successful digital initiatives that have improved HR service delivery, employee experience, and organizational performance.
  • Excellent understanding of the latest HR technology trends, tools, and best practices, and the ability to assess and implement solutions that align with business needs.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, reporting, and leveraging HR analytics to drive strategic decision-making.
