**Job Title:** Digital Transformation Leader **Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation Leader to spearhead the implementation of cutting-edge HR solutions and tools. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation and automation, ensuring seamless integration with our overall business strategy. As a key member of our team, you will lead change management initiatives to foster a culture of digital literacy among employees and drive adoption of new HR technologies. **Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement digital HR solutions and tools to streamline operations and enhance employee engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for digital transformation and automation
  • Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption of new HR technologies
  • Analyse HR data and metrics to inform strategic decision-making
  • Develop and oversee the execution of HR policies and programmes that support digital transformation objectives
  • Provide strategic guidance and coaching to HR team members to build their digital capabilities
**Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in human resources, with a strong background in digital transformation and HR technology implementation
  • Proven track record of leading successful digital initiatives that have improved HR service delivery and organisational performance
  • Excellent understanding of the latest HR technology trends and best practices, and the ability to assess and implement solutions that align with business needs
  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, reporting, and leveraging HR analytics to drive strategic decision-making
  • Strong change management and communication skills to effectively lead and engage stakeholders throughout the digital transformation process
  • Collaborative, innovative, and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications in HR or digital transformation are highly desirable
