Project Manager - Digital Transformation\

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead our digital transformation initiatives.

\

In this role, you will spearhead end-to-end project management for large-scale enterprise system implementations and digital transformation projects. You will guide clients through their digital journeys, from strategy formulation to execution and adoption of cutting-edge technologies.

  • Lead project delivery: Spearhead project management for digital transformation initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Strategic advisory: Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives, translating them into comprehensive digital strategies and roadmaps.
  • Enterprise architecture alignment: Ensure proposed solutions align with clients' overall enterprise architecture, promoting scalability, security, and integration across their technology landscape.
  • Stakeholder management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of client organizations, managing expectations and fostering collaborative environments.
  • Team leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and professional development.
  • Change management: Drive effective change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes within client organizations.
  • Risk management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to ensure project success.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6 to 8 years of progressive experience in project management, with a significant focus on large-scale enterprise system implementations or Enterprise Architecture initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Required certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent recognized project management certification.

This is a mid-senior level position working full-time in the consulting and information technology industry.
