Job Opportunity

In this role, you will be part of a global agile team driving innovation in cybersecurity, software development, and big data technology.

You will play a critical role in supporting the delivery customer solutions engineering team during implementation of customer-centric solutions.

The position involves coordinating with multiple teams and customers to support installation of Voice and Data services.

To be successful in this role, you will need to build knowledge of products and understand how end-to-end processes fit together.

You will continually seek ways to improve internal processes and identify problems to solve them.

This includes collecting and providing customer information to assist internal teams.

Additionally, you will process request forms related to network builds.

Your ability to identify revenue-generating opportunities and communicate them to the sales team will also be key.

Key Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience with IP Networking.
  • Experience with network routing protocols such as Firewall protocols and mechanisms, IP VPN, BGP, OSPF, DHCP, EIGRP, SIPT.
  • Hands-on experience with routing and switching.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize work tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills for customer interaction.
