We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious professionals to join our team as Technical Support Specialists.

This role offers a unique opportunity to support our UK operations during their respective business hours. This is a long-term career opportunity that requires 18–24 months of structured learning before mastery.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing first-level support to end users, resolving or escalating issues related to software, systems, and applications.

  • Duties:
  • Provide technical assistance to end users via phone, email, or chat.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and document incidents for timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate unresolved issues and follow up on progress.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of company products, services, and business domains through structured training and on-the-job learning.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance support processes and user experience.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Business graduates with strong analytical skills and technical aptitude will also be considered.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Demonstrated ambition to grow into advanced roles within the company.
About the Role:

This is an entry-level position that requires flexibility to work UK or US operational hours, depending on business needs.

Prior helpdesk or support experience is not required, as we are ready to invest in the right candidate.
