Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to customers, partners, and colleagues via email, chat, and phone calls.

  • Resolves tickets and troubleshoots technical issues to maintain productivity.
  • Test and validate system functionality by checking computer components.
  • Design and implement networks, and assist in purchasing new equipment.
  • Maximize computer systems capabilities by studying technical applications and making recommendations.
  • Verify compatibility of new programs with existing ones.
  • Collect data to identify and evaluate technical purchasing options.
  • Evaluate vendor-supplied software and confirm program objectives and specifications.
  • Install necessary software and applications for workflow.
  • Train users on new software through tutorial channels.
  • Test and maintain system capability by checking computer components.
  • Perform software, network, and database performance tuning.
  • Document hardware and software updates.
  • Stay up-to-date on technical advancements and participate in professional communities.
  • Support other team members to ensure project success.
