We're seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our contact center.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to technical support inquiries from customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues to provide timely resolutions.
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and product configurations to ensure optimal results.
- Elevate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams for further assistance.
- Document all interactions and solutions in our ticketing system for future reference.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and system updates to stay current.
- Meet performance targets related to resolution time, customer satisfaction, and accuracy to drive success.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and customer service skills, fluency in English and Spanish, and a high school diploma/GED. 1-2 years of technical support or IT helpdesk experience is preferred, as well as a degree in IT or Computer Science.
This role operates in a professional office environment requiring regular use of a computer and telephone headset. The employee may occasionally need to move about the office to accomplish tasks.
