Job Title: IT Technical Support Specialist

About the Job

We are seeking an IT Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will provide technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring their seamless experience with our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner Coordination – Communicate with clients over email and chat to assist with data transfer.
  2. Technical Support – Troubleshoot and resolve issues when clients face problems copying files.
  3. Scripting & Automation – Develop scripts to download files from a list of URLs and upload them to our cloud storage.
  4. File Management – Organize and move files as needed when clients make mistakes in their transfers.
  5. Salesforce Support – Assist with Salesforce-related integrations and workflows as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  1. Basic scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar) to automate file transfers.
  2. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  3. Excellent written English communication skills for supporting clients over email and chat.
  4. Familiarity with Salesforce integrations is a plus.
  5. Previous experience in technical support, customer service, or data operations is preferred.
  6. Flexible working hours, but must be available to support clients in various time zones.
  7. Must have reliable internet and a stable work setup to handle large file transfers.
