We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide expert assistance to our customers and internal teams.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues via phone, chat, and ticket channels. Additionally, they will identify bugs, develop documentation, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by external customers and team members.
  • Identify bugs, test, reproduce, report, and collaborate with engineers to fix and verify fix versions.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and training materials.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers, team members, and engineers for all cases in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4+ years of strong Technical Support experience.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of tickets, phone calls, and chats.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent degree/experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
