Schedule: US Hours – 8am to 5pm EST (8pm to 5am PH time)
Duties and Responsibilities- Perform clerical work in reviewing, processing, and maintaining basic accounting or construction-related documents.
- Work directly with office staff (Regional Management, project managers, accounting) and assist with multiple and varied tasks.
- Maintain all office documents filed (paper/electronically), organized and up-to-date.
- Be responsible for accurate, efficient, and timely payment of subcontractors.
- Review invoices for proper documentation and approval before payment.
- Enter invoices in a timely and accurate manner daily, with proper approvals.
- Process 2 and 3-way purchase order invoices and act as primary contact between internal and external customers to resolve issues that arise.
- Provide accurate and effective document preparation and records management.
- 3+ years of clerical experience as a Data Entry Specialist.
- Basic data entry skills, this person will be working on E360 platform so that skillset is required.
- A proven track record of completing work with high quality standards.
- A knack for figuring out hard problems and hands-on approach to work.
- Strong computer and business solutions software skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Accurate computations and verification of data.
- Able to prepare basic reports.
- Able to use word processing, spreadsheet, database, and related software applications.
