We are seeking a skilled Document Coordinator to join our team.
- Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage project documents, ensuring accurate version control and timely submissions.
- Maintain organized filing systems for digital and physical documents.
- Support project teams in document retrieval and ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers on documentation needs.
- Oversee employee timekeeping and attendance reporting.
- Receive and monitor inventory of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Perform other tasks as required.
- Proven experience as a Document Controller or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
