As a key member of our team, you will drive product development and business enhancement from conception to launch and beyond. Your focus will be on strategic planning projects for engineering and business.

  • Develop and lead business projects across the company, streamlining and automating processes, and continuously improving platform and toolset features.
  • Capture high-level product requirements and translate them into detailed, actionable tasks for the development team.
Collaboration & Problem Resolution

Enhance project outcomes and operational efficiency by learning a solid understanding of business and technology workflows. Facilitate effective project completion across all stakeholders, from technology teams to various business functions, ensuring seamless execution.

  • Identify and assist in the resolution of underlying conflicts, competing priorities, and roadblocks, enabling team members to achieve common goals efficiently.
  • Work closely with the business to cultivate an overall technical understanding of the platform, acting as a bridge between technical capabilities and business needs.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent practical experience) and a minimum of 5 years of related PM experience ideally with eCommerce knowledge.
  • Demonstrated understanding of various eCommerce platforms, ERP systems, Warehouse Management Systems, Database systems, and reporting platforms.
  • Proven ability to document product requirements with sufficient knowledge, detail, and clarity for technical teams.
  • Expertise in utilizing modern Project Management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
