About the Role

We are seeking a skilled E-Commerce Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with sellers, owners, and representatives.

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate on initiatives and progress with internal and external teams
  • Oversee assigned accounts, including negotiation of deals, store optimization, and campaign participation to drive online sales growth
  • Analyze account status and prepare reports for management

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, customer service skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. A Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in E-commerce are also required.

Responsibilities

The E-Commerce Account Manager will be responsible for:

  • Negotiating deals and optimizing stores to boost online sales
