Community Manager

We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to join our team. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating authentic relationships between our brand and its diverse, passionate community of travelers.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of social media dynamics and thrive on building strong online communities. You will play a pivotal role in fostering meaningful discussions and encouraging the sharing of personal travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with relevant travel and experience-focused subreddits to promote our services and generate discussion around travel topics.

  • Monitor and respond to user comments and posts related to our brand or travel experiences in a timely and authentic manner.

  • Foster meaningful discussions and encourage the sharing of personal travel experiences.

  • Identify opportunities for collaboration with influencers, brand ambassadors, and other community-driven initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in community management, social media, or digital marketing, ideally within the travel, tourism, or lifestyle industries.

  • Reddit expertise, including familiarity with its ecosystem, subreddits, user behavior, and engagement tactics.

  • Social media proficiency, including solid understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok platforms, content formats, and best practices.

  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage and build relationships in a tone that aligns with our brand.

  • Creative thinker, able to craft engaging content and responses that feel natural, authentic, and community-driven.

  • Analytical mindset, proficiency in social media analytics tools, and ability to derive insights from data.

  • Passion for travel and experiences, with eagerness to interact with a community of like-minded individuals.
