About the Role
Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Client Success Manager to lead our clients' ecommerce business strategies. In this role, you will work closely with our team to design and implement solutions that enhance online sales and boost our clients' digital footprint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Taking the lead on clients' ecommerce business strategies, working in close collaboration with our team to design and implement solutions that enhance online sales and boost their digital footprint.
  • Utilizing data analysis to monitor performance indicators such as GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) and AOV (Average Order Value), using these insights to guide strategic decision-making and business growth.
  • Presenting comprehensive analysis and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, including specifics on effective merchandising, content creation, and marketing strategies for improving online presence.
  • Proactively identifying and pursuing opportunities for business enhancements within existing client relationships, driving continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and drive the overall success of our clients' ecommerce businesses.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2+++ years of ecommerce enabling or platform experience.
  • The ability to work independently and engage directly with clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, adaptable to new tools.
  • Experience with Data Studio and/or Power BI preferred.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • An analytical and data-driven approach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective problem-solving.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant co-curricular or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
