Ecommerce Growth Specialist

The ecommerce growth specialist will play a key role in expanding and managing online networks, focusing on affiliate acquisition partnerships. This individual will be responsible for onboarding, managing, and growing relationships with affiliates and agencies, ensuring optimal campaign execution and promotion results.

About The Role
  • This is a mid-senior level position that requires strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English and the ability to convey ideas clearly and work collaboratively.
  • Strong ownership and accountability are essential for this role, as well as a willingness to learn, adapt, and explore new growth opportunities within the ecommerce landscape.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify, recruit, and onboard a diverse range of affiliate partners, including short-tail affiliates and online third-party partners.
  2. Proactively seek out affiliate partners experienced in CPS, CPI models, including short-tail (high-traffic) affiliate network and third-party (3P) online partners.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliate partners, fostering positive and productive relationships.
  4. Collaborate closely with affiliates to ensure alignment with campaign objectives, timelines, and expectations.
  5. Partner with relevant teams to manage payments and contracts, ensuring proper handling of transactions and compliance with business guidelines.
