About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team at Iserve 360 Corp. In this key position, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our distributors in the consumer products sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary sales contact for our distributors, fostering trust and cooperation to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives and marketing campaigns designed to increase product visibility and reach.
  • Analyze market trends and distributor feedback to inform inventory management and product development strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand representation and meet business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with consumer products and distribution networks an asset.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
