Key Accounts Development Manager

Brew Master International Incorporated is seeking a highly skilled Key Accounts Development Manager to join our team in Sucat, Muntinlupa. This role requires an individual with extensive experience in the field of fast-moving consumer goods, preferably in the returnable glass business.
About the RoleThe Key Accounts Development Manager will be responsible for the full cycle implementation of accounts opening, sales negotiation, booking, development, management, merchandising, and monitoring of deliveries. This includes the execution of the daily call-out procedure (ISaraMoPO) specifically dedicated for On Premise Alco accounts only.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and increase sales revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Manage and negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients to ensure mutual benefit.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
To succeed as a Key Accounts Development Manager, you will need:
- A college degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 5 years of extensive experience in a fast-moving consumer goods company, preferably in the returnable glass business.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively.
- A professional driver's license.
