Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role will involve establishing strong business relationships with customers and clients, sourcing potential sales leads from various channels, and collaborating with the sales and marketing team to nurture and engage leads in effective campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong business relationships with customers and clients
  • SOURCE POTENTIAL SALES LEADS FROM VARIOUS CHANNELS, INCLUDING SOCIAL MEDIA, CLIENT REFERRALS, EVENTS, AND ONLINE PLATFORMS
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to nurture and engage leads in effective campaigns
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales prospecting database or CRM system
  • FOLLOW UP WITH LEADS THROUGH EMAIL, SMS, AND PHONE CALLS
  • Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and industry best practices
  • Develop and implement lead qualification criteria and monitor conversion rates
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Appointment Setter or Lead Generation Specialist with international clients
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in lead generation software and online marketing channels
  • Familiarity with current technologies, such as desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs, and VoIP
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
  • Exceptional phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
  • Tech-savvy individual
