Customer Acquisition Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role involves developing strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for growth.

  • This position requires 2+ years of experience working in an inside sales capacity.
  • A dynamic personality, winning mindset, and prior success in achieving personal and team sales quota/goals are essential.
  • Experience or willingness to work from home is also required.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in high-volume calling, learning new technology and data, and working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems.

Job Requirements:
  • Initiate high-volume outbound telephone calls as follow up to marketing campaigns and inbound 'leads' to understand audience interest and probe companies to further the sales discussion.
  • Convert qualified leads into closed sales.
  • Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections to secure new customers.
  • Reach a mastery of sales training and closing sales.
  • Work with your team and management to provide a professional experience during all interactions with customers and prospects.
  • Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured.
