At Yellowstone Local, we are seeking a professional who excels at building relationships and converting leads into clients. As an Outbound Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for making high-volume outbound calls to warm and aging leads, re-igniting interest by confirming prior outreach and addressing concerns or hesitations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make high-volume outbound calls to warm and aging leads, no cold prospecting.
  • Re-ignite interest by confirming prior outreach and addressing concerns or hesitations.
  • Reschedule missed or canceled consultations and move prospects back into the sales pipeline.
  • Act as the first layer of quality assurance, ensuring leads feel heard, supported, and informed.
  • Listen for objections and counter with clear, confident, and value-driven messaging.
  • Keep detailed notes and next steps logged in the CRM to maintain pipeline visibility.
  • Work closely with the internal sales team to keep handoffs clean and efficient.
