Enterprise Operations Learning Professional Role

This role is part of a global team that delivers technical and industry expertise to clients worldwide. As an Enterprise Operations Learning Professional, you will work in one of our Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers).

Your key responsibilities will include creating and managing Learning courses based on client requests. You will also create and manage Class/sessions, with specific start and end dates, locations, and instructors, to deliver course content effectively.

You will be responsible for roster management, notifying employees about upcoming classes, and triggering feedback surveys after classes are completed. You will also process completion credits for learners attending the class based on allocated hours.

To be successful in this role, you must have a clear understanding of the Learning process flow and related activities. You must strictly follow established processes and procedures to execute assigned tasks.

The ideal candidate will have at least a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field, and similar work experience of at least 2-4 years in a fast-paced setting. You will possess basic computer and internet navigation skills, and be flexible to work in shifting schedules. Basic MS Excel skills are also required.
