Learning Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Learning Solutions Specialist to join our team in creating innovative and effective learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop training course material using instructional design techniques in conjunction with adult learning theory, ensuring a tailored approach that meets diverse audience needs.
  • Develop assessments to support and analyze learning effectiveness, providing valuable insights for future improvements.
  • Design training and job aids for instructor-led and online delivery, catering to various learning styles and preferences.
  • Develop learning objectives to include audience, behavior, conditions, and standards, aligning with organizational goals and requirements.
  • Design and create a variety of materials, applying fundamental research skills to instructional design projects and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Assess the current state of training content across accounts, drive improvements, creativity, and innovation in the way training content is displayed and distributed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience with creative use of instructional design technologies, including Storyline and Captivate.
  • Expertise in adult learning and all aspects of instructional design for various formats, including instructor-led, eLearning, mobile, and performance support.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines, manage heavy workloads, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Hands-on experience with mobile devices, tablets, computers, digital cameras, televisions, home audio, and/or appliances, preferred.
  • Understanding of next-generation technologies related to cloud, mobile, social, or big data.
  • Experience with administrative duties, including submitting IT tickets and managing data.
  • 2+ years' experience applying instructional design and adult learning methodologies to development and implementation of web-based training and other instructional materials.
