Learning Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Experience Specialist to join our team. As a Learning Experience Specialist, you will play a critical role in designing and developing various training materials, including instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (vILT), eLearning, eTraining, and video-based content for clients or off-the-shelf products.

You will utilize a range of tools, such as Microsoft Office suite, Articulate, Camtasia, Vyond, and other relevant software to create engaging and interactive training content. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing comprehensive training materials, such as facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids, eLearning modules, instructional videos, and interactive assessments.
  • Collaborating with subject matter expert groups to gather and effectively incorporate financial markets content into various training modalities.
  • Maintaining world-class quality standards for all training content, employing fundamental principles of instructional design across different delivery methods.
  • Developing and maintaining high-quality storyboards, scripts, and interactive elements for on-demand learning modules.
  • Converting existing training materials between different modalities as needed.
