Job Summary

This role is accountable for leading new hire training programs and driving operational excellence through continuous learning and development. The successful candidate will conduct upskilling sessions for Specialists and Team Leaders, ensuring alignment with performance standards and business objectives.

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Provide real-time feedback, personalized coaching, and technical support to employees to ensure their success.
  • Serve as a backup and support team operations when needed.
Key Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of training experience, preferably in lead gen, sales, technical support or customer support.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver effective training sessions.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus) and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and time-management skills.
