Job Summary:
The Regional Manager (Sales) is responsible for overseeing sales operations within a designated region, managing a team of sales representatives, and driving business growth through the implementation of sales strategies. The Regional Manager plays a key role in developing and executing plans to meet sales targets, expanding the customer base, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly understand the business model and SOPs expected from the channel partners.
- Travel across the region allocated to you in major cities and towns to generate student business from Channel Partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve Student conversions targets for your region.
- Making new channel partners for the allocated region.
- Understand the expectations and problems of Business Units (Units that specialize in specific countries) and channel partners with each other and set up an operational framework in consultation with HO.
- Monitor sales activities and adjust strategies as needed to achieve regional sales targets.
- Conduct regular field visits to support sales teams and strengthen customer relationships.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Experience in dealing in overseas education or an allied field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the Overseas Education industry is a must.
- B2B sales experience (preferably).
- Ability to collaborate with a diverse set of people.
- Ability to learn domain knowledge.
- Open to travel.
- Can start ASAP.
