Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional infrastructure strategies to enhance capability, service availability, and security compliance.
  • Lead and coach high-performing technical teams across the region, emphasizing coaching, development, and accountability.
  • Collaborate with global counterparts across IT, business, and operations functions, championing seamless alignment across time zones, cultures, and strategic priorities.
  • Manage infrastructure-related costs, bringing a commercially oriented perspective to IT initiatives.
  • Maintain robust governance and compliance oversight, ensuring alignment with global standards and regional legal frameworks.
Requirements
  • 15+ years in IT infrastructure and operations, including 8 years of leadership experience in large-scale environments.
  • Strong background in core technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, networking, and cloud/hybrid infrastructures.
  • Demonstrated success working across countries or within matrix organizations, comfortable navigating global dynamics.
  • Commercially fluent, with experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and cost optimization strategies.
  • Bachelors degree in a technical field; advanced certifications or postgraduate education preferred.
