Job Description:Sales Development Representative Role

You'll be connecting with potential customers, sparking meaningful conversations, and opening doors for new business opportunities. Using our innovative tools and strategies, you'll help expand our reach, take on new challenges, and grow your skills while making a real impact on our team's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify business opportunities by prospecting leads
  • Initiate sales calls to prospective leads or clients
  • Generate new leads through cold calls and emails
Pipeline Tracking and CRM Management
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions, notes, and progress in the CRM system
  • Regularly report on key metrics, including pipeline growth, number of qualified leads, and conversion rates
Meet and Exceed Targets
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, outreach, and qualified meetings
  • Continuously refine your outreach strategy to improve conversion rates and exceed goals
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years SDR or sales and marketing experience in Logistics industry
  • Excellent communication skills (English both written and verbal)
  • Can work independently and under pressure
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills
