Key Account Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to take on the role of Key Account Development Representative.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase sales and deliver value-added services.
  • Manage sales databases and CRM systems to optimize sales performance.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the sales team to foster collaboration and achieve sales targets.
  • Research and analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies and support sales efforts.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails from clients and candidates to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and address concerns to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, including writing and speaking abilities in English.
  • At least one year of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Previous experience in the recruiting industry is an asset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software or call-tracking tools.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
