Job Title: Customer Experience Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Ambassador. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive problem-solving and effective communication.

About the Role:

This is an independent contractor position that requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing knowledgeable answers to questions about products and services, and working collaboratively with internal departments to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter customer data into various systems and platforms.
Requirements:
  • Sales Experience: 1-5 years of sales experience or a related field.
  • Typing Speed: A minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, including verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace and customer relationship management software.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
