We're seeking a seasoned Business Growth Ambassador to spearhead outbound revenue generation for a rapidly expanding B2B organization.
You'll collaborate closely with the client team, owning complete outbound campaigns targeting key decision-makers and managing every aspect from prospect research through qualified handoffs to senior closers. Our comprehensive lead intelligence platform, premium outreach tools, and clear revenue targets enable success.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough research on potential clients to identify primary decision-makers
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to engage with prospects
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide regular updates on progress
- Accurately record client interactions and sales performance
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales or lead generation roles
- Demonstrated success making cold calls and booking sales appointments
- Comfortable interacting with business owners and senior stakeholders
- Strong objection handling and persuasive communication skills
