Sales and Growth Representative
About the Role:We are seeking a Sales and Growth Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities and driving growth through exceptional customer service and relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Foster in-depth knowledge of our model, value proposition, and narrative to effectively communicate with clients.
- Maintain all contacts/leads/opportunities and record all sales activities in our CRM system.
- Formulate a strategic portfolio approach and craft detailed account plans to drive business growth.
- Initiate client meetings, effectively communicate our capabilities, and pinpoint areas where our solutions align with organizations' needs within your designated territory.
- Minimum 2 years of sales, business development, or marketing experience in consultancy, agency, or managed service solutions sectors.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Innately competitive with a drive for success.
- Demonstrates strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail.
