This role is for ambitious professionals who are passionate about driving business growth and making a meaningful impact in the industry. As a Sales Growth Professional, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities and building strong relationships with clients to drive revenue expansion.

About the Role
  • You will make a high volume of outbound phone calls daily to prospective clients, introducing services and identifying potential opportunities.
  • You will use a customer relationship management (CRM) tool to manage all lead information, track progress, log call notes, and keep the sales pipeline updated at all times.
  • You will qualify prospects by asking the right questions to understand their needs and determine if there is a potential fit for services.
  • You will schedule qualified appointments with decision-makers and ensure all details are properly documented in the CRM for seamless handoff to the sales team.
  • You will follow up promptly on inbound inquiries, referrals, and leads generated through marketing campaigns.
  • You will maintain a consistent schedule of follow-ups to re-engage warm leads that did not convert initially.
  • You will collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth communication, clear expectations, and a strong conversion from appointment to closed deal.
  • You will track performance metrics daily and weekly, working toward and exceeding activity-based goals (calls, emails, appointments set).
  • You will provide feedback on lead quality, call outcomes, and prospect objections to help improve scripts and outreach strategies.
Requirements
  • You should have up to 2 years of experience in sales, appointment setting, inside sales, or telemarketing.
  • You should have demonstrated ability to handle a large call volume while maintaining professionalism and persistence.
  • You should have hands-on experience using a CRM tool (such as Pipedrive) to manage sales pipelines and track activities.
  • You should have excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, persuasive, and confident phone presence.
  • You should have strong organizational skills and attention to detail when logging calls, notes, and follow-ups.
  • You should have a resilient mindset with the ability to handle rejection and continue pushing toward goals.
