Medical Sales Specialist

Job Description:

As a medical sales specialist, you will form lasting relationships with pediatric practices, pharmacists, and healthcare providers to educate them on the benefits and applications of our prebiotic/microbiome product line.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in consultative conversations with healthcare providers to address questions with scientific accuracy and professionalism.
  • Make quality outbound calls per day, focusing on building strong relationships rather than high-volume sales pitches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share market insights, customer feedback, and potential opportunities.
  • Represent the brand with authenticity, empathy, and professionalism.
Requirements:
  • A registered nurse (RN) with pediatric nursing experience is highly desirable.
  • A medical doctor (MD) or nurse practitioner (NP) qualification is essential.
  • A registered dietitian or other healthcare-related qualification with strong scientific literacy is required.
  • A proven track record in consultative sales, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices, is necessary.
